Terms of Use

AcronHub is a technology platform designed to help connect participants in Egypt's healthcare ecosystem. Features may include information search, workflow tools, and services made available to authorized users and organizations.

AcronHub is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, emergency services, or medical advice. Platform information, including AI-assisted output, must not replace a qualified healthcare professional's independent judgment.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law.

Organizations are responsible for ensuring that their users are authorized, appropriately trained, and assigned only the minimum access needed for their role. Organizations must promptly remove access when a user no longer requires it.

You may use AcronHub only for lawful, authorized purposes and in accordance with these terms, applicable professional obligations, and your organization's policies.

You must not attempt to bypass security controls, access another person's information without authorization, introduce harmful code, interfere with the service, scrape or extract data without written permission, or use the platform in a way that violates privacy, intellectual-property, or healthcare requirements.

Users and healthcare organizations remain responsible for verifying information, exercising clinical judgment, obtaining required consents, and complying with all applicable clinical, pharmacy, recordkeeping, and privacy obligations.

AcronHub does not guarantee that information available through the platform is complete, current, or suitable for a particular patient or clinical decision. Emergency situations require immediate contact with local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional.

Where an organization uses AcronHub, its separate subscription, data-processing, or service agreement may set out additional terms about fees, support, data handling, service levels, and account administration. If those terms conflict with these Terms of Use, the organization agreement controls for that organization.

AcronHub and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including its software, brand, content, and design. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the platform for its intended purpose.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain, secure, or improve the platform. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes when appropriate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AcronHub is provided on an as-available basis. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in an applicable written agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

You may stop using AcronHub at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the platform, users, or information; to comply with law; or where these terms are breached. Data handling following termination is governed by applicable law and any organization agreement.

We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. We will publish the updated version here and revise the last-updated date. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
